2. Complete
Please complete the form as thoroughly as possible. Required fields that are left empty or completed incorrectly will be marked in red when you wan to submit the form.
3. Notice of successful submission
Directly after registration, you will receive an automated confirmation of submission e-mail.
4. Floor plan and invoice
Major contributors will get the opportunity to choose their stands first coupled with a first come first served basis allocation of stand spaces.
Allocation of floor plan will start with largest contributing company from 28 June 2024.
5. Quote, invoice, confirmation, payment & exhibition manual
After 28 June 2024 the specified company contact will receive the following:

Payment details (payments need to be made by 27 September 2024 to confirm involvement)
& Exhibition manual with relevant documentation
6. Registration
Please note that only trade delegates / representatives in the service of companies participating in the Trade Exhibition OR involved as sponsors will be allowed to attend the congress.
There are two free registrations included in the fee for one exhibition space (3 x 3m).
To qualify for the two free registrations, you need to register them online by the early bird cut off of 10 November 2024.
One complete registration form per delegate is required. We do not accept registrations via e-mail, only complete online registrations that is open during July 2024 2025.ossacongress.co.za/attendance.
